All kinds of payment transactions made by the customer to PT Rami Formality Services cannot be returned except there is an agreement between PT Rami Formality Services and the customer.

Payments do by the customer to the company are made after a work / service approved  either through by telecommunications media or the customer to PT Rami Formality Services.

​

The company will issue a payment invoice to the customer with a bill in accordance with the request and agreement between the PT Rami Formality Services and the customer.

​

All of problems that arise when the agreement between PT Rami Formality Services and the customer will be resolved properly to reach an agreement that benefits both parties.
