Visa index E32D-Stay Permit for Ex-WNI

Index 318, Indonesian stay permit for foreigner who is ex-Indonesian Citizenship.

As far as you still have a copy of the proof that you were an Indonesian Citizenship before, then you may apply a stay permit (E-ITAS) in Indonesia using a facility of Index 318. Your sponsorship in Indonesia should be Indonesian citizen such as your sibling, parents, or relative. 

E-ITAS index 318 is valid for 1 year, and renewable. And you may apply for a KITAP (Permanent Resident) after entering 4th year living in Indonesia using index 318 E-ITAS.

Requirements from Indonesian Sponsor (Penjamin) are scan of:

1. E-KTP

2. Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)

3. Photograph with white background in PDF file (Recent photos in the last 6 months)

4. Sponsor letter (We will provide you the draft)

   

Requirements from Ex WNI E32D (Foreigner in this case) are scan of:

​

1. Passport (outer cover & informative section) with minimum validity 6 months

2. The last 3 months saving account statement with minimum balance equal to USD. 2.000,-

3. Color photograph with white background in PDF file (Recent photos in the last 6 months)

4. Statement of commitment that must be accomplished within 90 (ninety) days from the date of arrival, such as:
  - Purchase of Indonesian government bonds worth US$35.000 (thirty five thousand US Dollars), or
  - Purchase of shares or mutual funds in publicly listed companies in Indonesia worth US$35.000 (thirty five thousand US Dollars)

5. Document that proves that the Foreigner has been an Indonesian citizen, among others :
  - Identity Card (KTP);
  - Family Card ( Kartu Keluarga);
  - Birth Certificate (Akta Lahir);
  - Passport (Passport RI );
  - Diploma Certificate (Ijazah), or
  - Land title certificate (Sertifikat Tanah).
