Company Setup

Rami Formality Services will assist you in setting up your business presence in Indonesia. Your business set-up may be either a Foreign Investment, Foreign Representative Office or a Local Company.

For Foreign Investment company (PT. PMA), the permits will be:

​

1. SP-PMA Approval issued by BKPM

2. Deed of Establishment issued by the Notary Public

3. Company Domicile Permit

4. NPWP/ Tax registration code

5. NIB ( Nomor Induk Berusaha )

6. Approval from Ministry of Justice Department.

7. Manpower Obligation Report, law article # 7, 1981

For Foreign Representative Office (KPPA), the permits will be:

1. BKPM Approval for the Foreign Rep Office set-up 

2. Company Domicile Permit

3. NPWP/ Indonesian Tax ID

4. TDP (Company Registration)

​

For Local Company, PT. Swasta National, the permits will be:

​

1. Deed of Establishment issued by the Notary Public    

2. Company Domicile Permit

3. NPWP/ Tax registration code

4. SIUP (Company License)

5. TDP (Company registration)

6. Approval from Ministry of Justice Department.

7. Manpower Obligation Report as per law article # 7, 1981
