Rami Resources Indonesia, can now sponsor foreign company's workers doing business in Indonesia.

For example CBC Bearing Company in Australia is having a project in Indonesia, and they need to send an employee down to Indonesia to work on that project for a couple of years. CBS can not just assign one of their employees to work in Indonesia directly. They need a company in Indonesia who can sponsor one of their employees to get work and temporary resident permits in Indonesia. The company in Indonesia does not only sponsor their worker but also put the employee in the payroll as well. So this company sponsorship involves:

• Income tax reports
• Resident permit
• Work permit
• Other permits as KITAS holder

Married Couple Sponsorship

For Socio Culture Visa, the wife can sponsor her foreign husband to get a socio culture visa, but not a temporary resident visa.

Indonesian husbands can sponsor their foreign wife to get a temporary resident visa or even citizenship.
