Requirements for an APEC application
- Fill in an ABTC form
- Application letter from your company
- Reference letter from KADIN (Indonesian Business Association)
- Good Conduct Behaviour (SKCK) issued by Police office
- Copy of valid passport (minimum 2 years validity)
- Copy of Arrival stamp or visa of your last visit in one of APEC countries
- Copy of your personal bank statement or personal saving account minimum IDR.500,000,000,- (five hundred million Indonesian rupiahs)
- Copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP)
- Color photo size 3X4 cm = 4 ea
- Immigration administration fee USD. 200,-
The APEC Countries are:
Australia, Brunei, Chili, Hongkong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealan, Papua New Guine, Peru, Philipine, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan.
The APEC Business Travel card is valid for a three-year period.
